Workshop 2: “There is only the journey. Success and failure are one and the same. A practical contemplation on understanding calm amidst turmoil”

Workshop 3: “The Yoke and the scale. The external and the internal. A practical understanding towards balance for Wellbeing.”
Saturday September the 29th.
The workshops will be held in the hall of the conference centre of the Wesley Uniting church. 58 Melville street Hobart. 9.30am registration for a 10am commencement. The day concludes at 3.00pm and the cost for the day is $45.00. For my Yoga students and clients it will be $35.00 for the day, which will replace the normal Saturday Yoga class.

Welcome to the home of Balanced Wellbeing, situated in Hobart. We offer complete wellness, core strength, flexibility and fitness sessions, including: Bhava Yoga classes, physical movement therapy, yoga-based massage & muscular release alignment therapy, relaxation and meditation sessions and vocal expression workshops.
The Bhava Yoga studio is located in central Hobart in the upper room at Wesley Church, 58 Melville Street Hobart. Bhava Yoga is also available as a home based class and as corporate wellness programs for businesses, schools and community groups.

- Bhava Yoga – For body, mind and emotional fitness, with awareness. Incorporates strength, flexibility, aerobic and creative movement sessions
