Welcome to the home of Balanced Wellbeing, situated in Hobart. We offer complete wellness, core strength, flexibility and fitness sessions, including: Bhava Yoga classes, physical movement therapy, yoga-based massage, relaxation and meditation sessions and vocal expression workshops.
The Bhava Yoga studio is located in central Hobart in the upper room at Wesley Church, 58 Melville Street Hobart. Bhava Yoga is also available as a home based class and as corporate wellness programs for businesses, schools and community groups.
Our sessions and therapies
- Bhava Yoga – For body, mind and emotional fitness, with awareness. Incorporates strength, flexibility, aerobic and creative movement sessions
- Yoga-based Physical Therapy – Massage (including Nadi Point massage), polarisation and movement therapies that work with the body’s energy.
- Corporate de-stress, relaxation and ongoing health sessions
- Balanced wellbeing workshops – for companies, schools and all community organisations
- Meditation and concentration classes
- Vocal expression workshops
