About “Balanced Wellbeing”
Tactile and Movement Therapies, Relaxation and Meditation
Your body is the vehicle
Your mind/emotions the engine, fuel and electrics
your consciousness is the driver.
Who or what is the driver? The rest are only tools.
Care for your body, mind and emotions and keep these tools maintained
as they will always reduce to their lowest form of fitness
and become increasingly unusable.
