Health and Ongoing Fitness Monitoring for All Work Places

Companies who care for the wellbeing of their employees increase productivity and decrease sick leave and depression. I have witnessed these benefits many times in the companies with which I have worked.

Ten to fifteen minutes of massage per employee, on a regular basis, allows the therapist to monitor the health and wellbeing of that employee. This allows for the remediation of any physical problems relating to mobility of joints, muscles and tendons, reducing stress, fatigue tiredness, depression and sickness. It gives the employee a chance to de-stress on many levels.

A combination of physical adjustments, movement therapy, massage and simple individual wellness programs for each staff member ensures ongoing health improvement and growth in a positive self-image for the employee.

Programs include core strength, flexibility, relaxation, & de-stressing.
